Oseredok Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Centre is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information of its employees, members, volunteers, customers, and other stakeholders. We value the trust of those that deal with us, and recognize that maintaining this trust requires that we be transparent and accountable in how we treat information that you share with us.
During the course of our various projects, activities, and events we frequently gather and use personal information. Anyone from whom we gather this information should expect that it will be carefully protected, and that the use of this information is subject to consent.
Personal information is any information that can be used to distinguish or identify a specific individual. Our staff and volunteers are authorized to access personal information based only on their need to deal with the information for the reason(s) it was obtained. Safeguards are in place to ensure that the information is shared no more widely than is required to achieve the relevant goals. We have also taken steps to ensure that the integrity of this information is protected and that it is neither lost nor destroyed.
We collect and use personal information only for the purposes that a reasonable person would consider a charity of our type to have. We routinely offer individuals the option of opting out of receiving further information from us and from being deleted from our contacts list.
Questions or complaints relating to our Privacy Policy on the treatment of personal information should be forwarded to the attention of the Treasurer at the Centre. The Treasurer also assumes the function of our Privacy officer.

Privacy Statement
Oseredok Ukrainian Cultural and Educational Centre respects your privacy. We protect your personal information. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The information you provide will be used to deliver services, and to keep you up to date on the activities of Oseredok Ukrainain Cultural and Educational Centre, including programs, services, special events, funding needs, opportunities to volunteer or to give, open houses and more through periodic contacts.
